User data deletion

How to request deletion of personal data Comexia stores about you.

This page fulfills Meta's requirement for apps that access user data.

If you have a Comexia seller account

Sign in

Go to comexia.cl and sign in with your email and password.

Open the user menu

On your store dashboard, tap your account icon in the top-right corner.

Choose "Cancel account"

Select "Cancel account" in the menu and confirm.

Your account and associated data will be deleted from our servers.

Account deletion is permanent. Products, quotes, agent conversations, and store data will be removed.

Confirming "Cancel account" runs this process automatically.

What we keep for statistical purposes

When you delete your account we remove your profile, products, conversations, identifiable quotes, and files. We only retain anonymous aggregate metrics (for example: number of products published, quotes by status or country), without name, email, phone, or other data that could identify you.

If you used WhatsApp with a store agent

Email soporte@comexia.cl with your WhatsApp number and the store name. We will delete your conversations, quotes, and related contact data.
